Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment

eWay Corp is committed to supporting the delivery of accessible, inclusive digital experiences for all users.

As a cloud infrastructure and managed services provider, we enable accessibility by ensuring that the platforms and environments we manage support modern accessibility standards, including alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) where applicable.

2. Scope of Responsibility

Accessibility is a shared responsibility across multiple layers:

  • Infrastructure (cloud hosting and delivery)
  • Platform (CMS and runtime environments)
  • Application design and content

This statement outlines eWay Corp's responsibilities within that model.

3. Platforms We Support

eWay Corp provides hosting and managed services for:

  • WordPress
  • Drupal
  • Cascade CMS
  • Custom web applications

These platforms are deployed on cloud infrastructure such as:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Microsoft Azure

4. Accessibility at the Infrastructure and Platform Level

Within our scope, eWay Corp supports accessibility through:

4.1 Standards-Compatible Environments

  • Hosting environments that support modern, standards-compliant web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Compatibility with assistive technologies via standard browser and protocol support

4.2 Performance and Availability

  • Optimized infrastructure to ensure pages load reliably and consistently
  • CDN and caching strategies to improve user experience across devices and regions

4.3 Secure and Reliable Delivery

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for secure content delivery
  • Stable environments that prevent disruptions affecting accessibility

4.4 CMS Platform Support

We support CMS platforms that provide accessibility capabilities such as:

  • Structured content management
  • Template-driven design systems
  • Support for semantic markup and accessible components

Accessibility outcomes depend on how these platforms are configured and used.

5. Client Responsibilities

Accessibility compliance is primarily determined by:

  • Website design and user interface decisions
  • Content structure and authoring practices
  • Implementation of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1/2.2)

Clients and their design/development partners are responsible for:

  • Ensuring accessible templates and components
  • Providing accessible content (e.g., alt text, headings, contrast)
  • Conducting accessibility testing and remediation

6. Third-Party and CMS Considerations

Accessibility may also depend on:

  • CMS vendor capabilities (e.g., Cascade CMS features)
  • Themes, plugins, or modules used in WordPress or Drupal
  • Third-party integrations and embedded content

eWay Corp does not control third-party code or content.

7. Continuous Improvement

We support clients by:

  • Providing stable, standards-compliant environments
  • Collaborating with design and development teams
  • Aligning infrastructure with evolving web standards

Accessibility improvements are most effective when addressed across all layers of the digital experience.

8. Limitations

The scope of accessibility responsibility depends on the engagement type:

Where eWay's engagement is limited to infrastructure operations (hosting, cloud platform, monitoring), we do not:

  • Control website design, content, or front-end implementation
  • Guarantee WCAG compliance for client websites
  • Audit or certify accessibility compliance as part of standard hosting services

Where eWay builds the website and provides continuous WebOps, accessibility is part of our delivered scope. We design templates and components with WCAG conformance in mind, collaborate with the client on content accessibility, and continue to address accessibility issues as part of the ongoing managed engagement.

9. Questions and Support

If you have questions about accessibility in environments managed by eWay Corp, please contact us.

We are available to collaborate with clients and partners to support accessibility objectives within our scope of services.

For institutions seeking a structured engagement focused on WCAG 2.1 AA audits, remediation, and continuous Title II compliance, see our Accessibility Compliance service.
