Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Mentor team members in AWS and Azure technologies and project delivery best practices.
- Balance workloads, resolve technical challenges, and foster collaboration.
- Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and Agile practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies such as the AWS Well Architected Framework, Azure Arc, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Recommend enhancements that improve infrastructure reliability, team performance, and client satisfaction.
